Goals and Objectives

ATCU has established the following strategic objectives:

• To achieve recognition of the autonomous apartment heating as a vital for the economy of Ukraine, self-sufficient alternative to the current central heating;
• To remove all the prohibitions and restrictions on autonomous heating for the residents of Ukrainian cities;
• To defend the interests of association members in the area of autonomous heating: in the ministries and parliament committees, the government, the regional government;
• To overcome the resistance of the gas lobby and municipal monopoly in the field of heating and hot water supply to urban population;
• To render all possible assistance to the Ukrainians in defending their right to alternative heat – autonomous heating;
• To maintain educational, informational work with potential, private, public and corporate autonomous heating customers, as well as with the representatives of government institutions at all levels;
• To be eligible to participate in shaping the public policy of energy saving, energy independence and energy security of the state;
• To participate in the development of new, more efficient economic and environmental standards for the field of HCS.
